Launching our Proms in the Park Season
Join our new Patron Mark Radcliffe on the Great Lawn in the Terraced Gardens as he introduces a relaxed summer evening of music.
A 10-piece virtuoso brass ensemble from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra will perform popular classics, show tunes and medleys.
This event will take place on the evening of Friday the 27th May and will launch our Summer Event Calendar.
Gates open at 6.15pm and the event will run until 9.30pm
This event is strictly ticket only.
Please note this event takes place on the Great Lawn, many of the paths up to the Lawn include steps and uneven surfaces. If you are concerned about accessibility please email rtg@groundwork.org.uk to arrange to speak to a member of the Rivington Team for advice BEFORE booking your tickets.
Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear.
On this occasion, for safety, this event is limited to assistance dogs only.
We have two categories of ticket for this event
The VIP seating area is situated in front of the stage. VIP tickets are now SOLD OUT.
All ticket holders are encouraged to bring a blanket or collapsible chairs.

Your booking confirmation is your ticket. We will not send out separate tickets, instead your name will be checked against our attendee list when you arrive.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, 25th March at 5pm, however, if you are a Friend of Rivington Terraced Gardens, you will be able to purchase your tickets before they go on sale to the general public. You will receive an email with dedicated password on Wednesday 23rd and will be able to buy tickets straightaway.
